IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 7, 2017 — Cloudvirga™, developer of intelligent mortgage point-of-sale (POS) platforms, today announced a partnership with Docutech that will enable Cloudvirga’s lender customers to work more efficiently, reduce the cost of document compliance and make the home loan experience more convenient for borrowers.

Docutech is the leading provider of document and compliance technology for mortgage, home equity and consumer lending. Its flagship ConformX™ dynamic document generation engine will integrate seamlessly with Cloudvirga’s digital mortgage platform, pulling data directly from the POS and leveraging rules-based intelligence to automate the creation of accurate and compliant loan disclosures for all 50 states. The combination of Cloudvirga’s comprehensive loan data and Docutech’s built-in compliance checks will give loan officers confidence that loan packages are accurate and compliant from the start.

Cloudvirga will also offer Docutech’s SolexTM eSign and eDelivery functionality. Solex enables borrowers to compliantly review and sign documents using any web-enabled device. When paper delivery of the loan package is required, ConformX print and mail fulfillment service will ensure documents are delivered in the required timeframes.

“By seamlessly combining Cloudvirga’s automated workflow, comprehensive guidelines and calculations for all loan products with Docutech’s comprehensive suite of document and compliance solutions, we’re empowering loan officers to generate disclosures with ease — and to get it right the first time, every time,” said Cloudvirga Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Kyle Kamrooz.

“Our integration with Cloudvirga enables us to help more loan originators transition away from paper processes that are manual, time-intensive and inflexible in favor of dynamic, technology-enabled processes that streamline operations, improve processing speed and accuracy, reduce cost and delight customers,” said Amy Brandt, president and COO of Docutech.

Eight of the top 40 non-bank lenders have chosen Cloudvirga because it re-engineers the mortgage workflow to give consumers greater control over the loan application process and accelerate the mortgage sales funnel for loan officers. SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ., Nov. 7, 2017 – Amy Brandt, president and COO of Docutech, the leading provider of document, compliance and eClose technology for mortgage, home equity and consumer lending, has been recognized by STEMconnector, the member-based organization focusing on eliminating the STEM talent gap, in the company’s 6th annual publication of 100 Corporate Women Leaders in STEM.

Published annually, the 100 Corporate Women Leaders in STEM publication features corporate women who offer a unique perspective on issues facing America’s STEM workforce. As visionaries, these women offer a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities surrounding a diverse, strong, STEM pipeline, and their insights will drive the action going forward. The list responds to the need to identify champions that relate to women considering STEM careers, a critical need given the significant underrepresentation of women and minorities in STEM fields. Each honoree is profiled across a two-page spread including a company biography, professional biography and a personal essay around a STEM topic that relates to her industry.

Said Edie Fraser, chief executive officer of STEMconnector, “We are proud to highlight 100 corporate women leaders and recognize their leadership and excellence. The role of women in STEM becomes critical to business and innovation. These role models are change leaders. Special thanks to Lorena Fimbres, VP and chief business development officer, and team for leading this series and contributing to STEMconnector’s position at the forefront of STEM thought leadership.”

With more than 20 years of professional and leadership experience, Brandt was recognized for her track record of success in a variety of STEM-related industries, including mortgage, software, tech, aerospace and financial services, and specifically for her current work with Docutech. Since joining the company in May, Brandt has been a key driver of the company’s major growth and technological initiatives, namely its recent expansion into a Scottsdale, Arizona-based office and the launch and industry adoption of its new end-to-end eClose solution, Solex. In her personal essay, Brandt explores how the mortgage industry can utilize STEM to move a traditionally paper-based industry into the digital age.

“The mortgage industry needs more aspiring young professionals to continue leading our industry into a more progressive, innovative and technological tomorrow,” said Brandt. “It’s a great honor to be recognized by STEMConnecter as one of the top female leaders in regard to my work in the mortgage space, and I hope to inspire the next generation of women leaders to continue utilizing STEM to develop creative solutions that will benefit and advance our industry.”

Docutech and Simplifile Unite to Support eMortgage Evolution

Comments Off on Docutech and Simplifile Unite to Support eMortgage Evolution

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ., Sept. 27, 2017 – Docutech, the leading provider of document and compliance technology for mortgage, home equity and consumer lending, announced an agreement with Simplifile, the nation’s largest network for connecting lenders, settlement agents and county recording offices. The combination of Docutech’s Solex™ eClosing solution and Simplifile’s services create a seamless eClosing solution for agents, lenders and borrowers that allows each transaction to be as digital as possible, down to a document and jurisdiction level, while maintaining a standardized process on every loan.

By establishing a consistent, more efficient process for agents, lenders will realize an expedited ramp up on their Digital Mortgage initiatives. Agents will have the ability to confidently conduct eClosing ceremonies, eSign, eNotarize and eRecord effortlessly, while lenders will be equipped with a solution that extends beyond the closing table well into post-closing.

“As more and more lenders strive to make eClose their transactional standard, we are focused on delivering the comprehensive solutions they need to optimize this process and provide their borrowers with the most streamlined experience,” said Amy Brandt, President and COO of Docutech. “Our integration with Simplifile enables us to bring the industry one step closer to a mainstream paperless mortgage process, and we couldn’t be more excited about this advancement.”

Through the agreement between Docutech and Simplifile, borrowers will be able to preview their closing packages and (optionally) eSign any documents that don’t require notarization prior to closing. From there, the closing agent and borrower can complete the closing electronically, with full eNotarization capabilities. Once the closing is complete, closing agents can electronically submit documents to counties for recording. The recorded documents and data along with other trailing documents will then be electronically returned to the lender.

“We’re thrilled to announce our agreement with Docutech, a company as passionate as we are about helping the industry achieve the benefits of mortgages that are as paperless as possible,” said Paul Clifford, President of Simplifile. “By working together, we are creating the necessary infrastructure to transform digital mortgages from whiteboard to reality today.”
