Santander Bank Selects Docutech’s™ ConformX™ to Optimize Loan Processing Efficiency with Compliant, Automated Document Generation

IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO, JULY 25, 2017 – Boston-based Santander Bank is now live with Docutech’s ConformX, the leading dynamic document generation and compliance technology for mortgage, home equity, and consumer lending. Using ConformX as part of its mortgage loan processing allows Santander to increase efficiency, reduce the cost of maintaining compliance and enable the convenient, secure, electronic transmission of loan packages to clients.

“ConformX ensures that Santander is complying with all applicable regulatory requirements while helping us deliver a superior customer experience to our clients,” said Joseph Monk, Chief Information Officer at Santander Bank. “By generating compliant mortgage loan documents locally, we will be able to deliver them to our customers quickly, securely and electronically, providing them with the added convenience of being able to review them anytime and anywhere.”

In less than five months, Docutech seamlessly integrated ConformX with the Bank’s current Loan Origination Software (LOS) on an expedited schedule. The technology is also being integrated as part of Santander Bank’s upcoming migration to Empower, Black Knight’s premier LOS.

Serving 15 of the top residential mortgage lenders, ConformX enables lenders to generate dynamic loan documents, provide SolexTM eSign functionality anytime, anywhere, through any device, and provide the most robust LOS Pushback architecture to integrate efficiently to the industry’s leading LOS vendors. Docutech’s attorneys and legal experts work with investors and key regulatory agencies to maintain the most accurate updates to changing regulations and investor requirements, ensuring lenders remain compliant with the latest regulations.

“Lenders not only need robust technology solutions to drive their business forward, they also need partners who can ensure that the implementation and integration with existing platforms runs efficiently,” said Ty Jenkins, CEO of Docutech. “We strive not only to provide powerful and modern document technology solutions, but to also deliver outstanding integration, implementation, and ongoing support that lenders such as Santander Bank can leverage to optimize their day-to-day operations as quickly as possible.”
